The Faculty of Agriculture Universitas Gadjah Mada welcomed a delegation visit from Ibaraki University, Japan, as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen international academic cooperation between the two institutions. The visit became an important opportunity to discuss potential collaborative programs and expand partnerships in education, research, and academic exchange activities.
The delegation from Ibaraki University was represented by Dr. Masaki Seo and Prof. Makoto Tamura. From the Faculty of Agriculture Universitas Gadjah Mada, the meeting was attended by the Vice Dean for Research, Community Service, and Cooperation, Prof. Subejo, along with faculty members and academic representatives. During the discussion, both institutions exchanged information regarding academic activities, research interests, and opportunities for future collaboration between the universities.

The meeting also highlighted the importance of strengthening global academic networks and encouraging broader cooperation between higher education institutions in Indonesia and Japan.
